Trisha has worked with executives and teams at BlackRock, JP Morgan Chase, Citi, Dell, Goldman Sachs, Google, Lipton, Merck, Miller Brewing, Nabisco and PayPal. Marketing agencies she has served include Campbell-Ewald; Essence; FCB; Goodby, Silverstein & Partners; JWT; Momentum; TBWA Chiat/Day; W+K and many smaller agencies.
In 2018, in recognition of her pioneering work in executive coaching, she was awarded the prestigious Missouri Medal by the University of Missouri Journalism School for excellence in journalism and communications
For nine years Trisha led the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s) “Keys to Client Service” workshop, introducing her transformational yet practical approach to higher agency performance to account directors and Directors of Client Service across the U.S.
Trisha was a copywriter at Leo Burnett, later becoming a creative director at Grey. At Lintas she created the marketing strategy and brand name "Swatch" for a new line of inexpensive Swiss watches. Swatch is cited by strategy guru Gary Hamel in “Competing for the Future” as “imaginative, compelling and foresightful … The result: 25 million watches produced in 1992, a revitalized Swiss watch making industry.” Swatch was named a "Marketing Milestone of the Decade" by The Wall Street Journal.
An honors graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Trisha is an opera lover, Orange Theory Fitness devotee and world traveler. Trisha has been interviewed by WSJ, Fox News, CNN, Inside Edition, Forbes.com and Monster.com. She is writing a book on the relationship between leadership and language. Trisha, her husband G. Kevin Callahan, Esq., and their Westie, Scooter Scudder, live in Manhattan and in Brielle, on the New Jersey Shore.

Trisha D. Scudder is a pioneer in the field of executive coaching and has been called one of the country’s “leading executive coaches -- the CEO’s secret weapon.” Over 25 years ago she began studying organizational transformation and leadership, leading her to found Executive Coaching Group, Inc., in New York in 1987.
